Being Vegan often means having to prepare your own food. In bigger cities maybe there are a lot of eating out options, but where I am there are only a few choices for vegans to eat out. Because of this, I have learned many recipes to cook at home. Some of my most favorite vegan friendly recipes are no-bake.

The first one I will share with out are these delicious no-bake Sunflower Oat Bars that only take about five minutes to bake. These are great for vegan families who want more delicious, quick and easy snacks to give to their children. You can also make these gluten free if you wish. Here is the recipe. In the past few years, Veganism has become increasingly popular. A lot of people mistakenly believe that this is a new trend. Being Vegan, however, is nothing new.
